RETURN OR EXCHANGE

 

We are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange if the product you are returning is in a fully resalable condition i.e. unopened and unused, the seal for health protection and hygiene reasons is not broken, and the return is made up to maximum of 30 days from the date of receiving a parcel (date which is provided by the DPD courier company).  If the product is returned in a condition which is not fully resalable, or the packaging is damaged, or the seal is broken, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item. There are no returns of any discontinued or promotional items (if the terms of conditions of the promotion state the items are non-refundable or non-exchangeable). We cannot accept returned products 30 days after you received a parcel (date which is provided by the DPD courier company).  All exchanged items will be charged a re-shipping fee unless they were faulty or shipped incorrectly by FM Cosmetics UK or Thirteen. Alternatively, exchanged products can be added to your next order which has to be placed within 30 days from the date when the items were returned back to us. Please note that if any products returned to us are on the non-returnable / non-exchangeable list or if the manufacturer fault is excluded, the items will be returned to you with your next order unless a shipping charge is paid to dispatch the products to you separately. Rejected items are kept for 3 months from the date the return has been received by us and if no order is placed and shipping charge is not paid, the items will be disposed of.

LIST OF NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS: Antiperspirant Roll-Ons, Automatic Eye Pencils, Bottled Eyeliner, Brow & Lash Creator, Color Intense Classic Lipsticks, Diamond Eye Pencil, Eyebrow Creator, Eyebrow Creator Shadow Refills, Eye Zone Creator, Eye Zone Creator Refills, Glow Powder Pearls, Liquid Eyeliner Carbon Black, Long-Lasting Automatic Eye Pencils, Long-Lasting Kajal Eye Pencils, Mascaras, Waterproof Lash Top Coat. Also, other products which usage is not possible to recognise are non-refundable or non-exchangeable, for example, parfum samples.
 
RETURN POLICY FM Cosmetics UK and Thirteen has the policy which stipulate that we will accept non-faulty returns, as long as items are unused and in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging.

RETURN BY POST If you are returning your items through the Post Office, please follow the procedure established by Royal Mail: Volume per item must not exceed 150ml. No more than four perfumes or aftershaves can be sent in any one package. The perfume or aftershave must be within its original retail packaging and then placed in the strong outer packaging. The inner packaging must be packed, secured or cushioned to prevent breakage or leakage of their contents into the outer packaging. An ID8000 label must be applied (ask at the post ofFice). The sender’s name and return address must be clearly visible on the outer packaging. We recommend that you request proof of purchase to guarantee that we receive your parcel. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. WARRANTY Please note that we give 6 months warranty for our products so if you experience any problems with your goods you are entitled to return a faulty item to us. In all cases, we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault. In some cases, we may need to contact the manufacturer to investigate the fault and that is why the investigation may take up to 10 working days.
